West Orange-Stark won twice at their tournament Friday.
They defeated Evadale 9-1 with Kyla Blagburn throwing a three hitter with four strikeouts. And they also beat United 13-3 to improve to 8-2. Blagburn was 3-3 with 3 doubles. L. Anderson and K. Yelling had two hits and M. Bell drove in three. Saturday’s bracket play schedule is below.

At the Battle of the Best softball tournament in Sweeny, LCM lost to Sweeny 7-0 and then defeated Sweeny’s JV 6-2. Tessa Erickson went 2 for three with a 3 run home run and a single. Kendall was 2 for 3 and 1 RBI, Embree Ewing went 2 for 3 with 2 doubles and 2 RBI’s, Brylie Jones and Abby Sepulvado each had a hit. Erickson gets the win going 1.2 innings giving up 1 hit and 0 runs.
The Lady Bears will play Columbia Saturday morning at 9:00.

Vidor won twice at the Anahuac Tournament.
Vidor 11 Anahuac 1 – Avery Harrington was a HR from the cycle going 3-3. Tylen Cassell also had three hits.
Vidor 5 West Fork 3 – Revenge for the Lady Pirates after losing to WF earlier. Cassell was 2-3 with 3 RBI’s

At the PNG Tournament
BC lost to Lufkin 9-2 and to Kirbyville 10-9. BC was down 8-0 vs KV and almost made the comeback. K. Christian was 2-4, 3RBI’s and P. Dupuis was 3-3 with an RBI.

The Orangefield Lady Bobcats went 2-0 on day two of the PN-G tournament with wins over Hardin Jefferson, 13-10, and Hamshire Fannett (9-0).
Abigail Stephenson got the win on the mound vs H-J, while Teal Kibodeaux got her first relief appearance of the season.
Aubee Gamblin had a single, a double, 3 RBIs and 2 runs scored. Hallee Becker had a single, a double, 2 RBIs and 2 runs scored. Laila Agerton had a double, 3 RBIs and a run scored. Jocelyn Droddy had a double, an RBI and 2 runs scored. Madi LaSalle had a single, an RBI and a run scored. Charlee Sanches had a single, a walk and 2 runs scored. Karlie Traxler had a single and a run scored. Abigail Stephenson had a walk and a run scored.
Teal Kibodeaux got the 6 inning shutout win over H-F giving up 4 hits with 9 strikeouts.
Laila Agerton added to her homerun total with a 3 run homerun. Jocelyn Droddy had an inside the park homerun, a single, an RBI and 2 runs scored. Teal Kibodeaux had a single, a double, an RBI and a run scored. Hallee Becker had a double, an RBI and a run scored. Charlee Sanches had a single and a run scored. Brennah Lee had an RBI.
The Lady Bobcats improve to 10-1 on the season and will play Kirbyville tomorrow morning at 8:30 and Lufkin at 10:15.
