
Wednesday evening Orange County ESD #1 firefighters were dispatched to 1720 Aloha Street for a fully involved structure fire.
Upon arrival, crews found a single-family, single-wide mobile home with heavy fire conditions showing from the residence. Firefighters quickly deployed hand-lines and began suppression efforts. The fire was brought under control shortly after.
During the initial search of the residence, a dog was located, rescued, and safely removed from the structure. The dog was uninjured and reunited with its owner.
After an extensive overhaul, the fire was fully extinguished. No one was inside the home at the time of the fire, and no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
OCESD #4, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, and the medics with Allegiance Mobile Health assisted at the scene.
