Boys/Girls Playoff Scores
The Bridge City Lady Cardinals got past Hamshire-Fannett Friday in Nederland 42-38 to clinch their first ever birth in the 4A State Semifinals. They will play Cuero on Tuesday at 5:30 at the Merrell Center in Katy for a chance to go to San Antonio and play for a D2 Title.
Both teams held the lead with neither team getting a lead higher than single digits. BC (34-3) was lead by Kaylee Britten’s 16 points including four 3-pointers and three steals. Mia Sterling had 7 pts, 9 rebounds and three steals and Kennedy Campbell scored 12. HF ends the season 28-10.
