The Orange County Constables are starting a fundraiser for a scholarship for someone wanting to get into law enforcement. They’re holding a concert featuring all local talent on Aug. 3 at the Mauriceville Community Center beginning at 11am.
“The goal is to be able to give a financial contribution rather it be in the form of a scholarship, or for an academy to a graduating senior from Little Cypress-Mauriceville, Orangefield, Vidor, Bridge City, and WOS,” said Constable Jeremiah Gunter. “So come out enjoy some music and help support a great cause.”
Admission will be $10.00 at the gate. There will be almost 10 hours of live music from local performers. If you like live music and haven’t had a chance to see any of these artist play, you have missed out. There will be great music, plenty of food and drinks for purchase.
