Orange County volleyball teams once again brought home the hardware from the YMBL (Young Men’s Business League) Tournament held in Beaumont.
Vidor won the Blue Pool Bracket and Bridge City won the Red Pool while Orangefield finished third in the Blue Bracket.
Vidor defeated West Brook in the finals. Reagan Stephenson was named MVP and also making the All Tournament team were Natalie Morrison, Carlie Abbott, Madison Perkins. Vidor’s Hannah Jones was also named the Blue Bracket Coach of the Tournament.
The Lady Cardinals went through the Red Bracket without losing a set! That included a 25-22, 25-19 win over Splendora in the Finals. Demi Carter was named MVP and Makenna Knight was named to the All-Tournament team.
The Lady Bobcats defeated Kirbyville and Kountze, fell to Vidor, and then defeated Hamshire-Fannett to take Third Place overall. Greenlea Oldham & Brianna Moore were voted to the All-Tournament team by the other coaches.

The Lady Bobcats (1-0) will travel to Warren on Tuesday for their second game of district play.
