The Celebration of Life for Mr. Artis Ray Henson, 83, of Houston, TX will be Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 11 am at Salem United Methodist Church.
Rites of Christian Burial will follow in Magnolia Memorial Gardens under the direction of Sparrow Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 9 until 11 am.

Artis Ray Henson was born September 6, 1937 in Hemphill, TX to Mrs. Alma Johnson Henson and Mr. Artis Ray Henson.
Moving to Orange, TX he was employed by James Rivers Corp., Luby’s Cafeteria, and the E. I. DuPont Sabine River Works Plant.
He was a member of the Salem United Methodist Church.
Artis moved to Houston, TX in 2010 and resided with his daughter and family.
He passed January 25, 2021 at home.
Forever cherishing his memory are his daughter Christine Cartwright (Kerry) of Houston, TX, 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
