An Orange County grand jury Wednesday indicted a Houston man for aggravated assault in connection with a confrontation at the Home Depot in Orange on July Fourth.
46-year-old Terrance Watson had been arrested in July after he was charged with the assault. He has been out of jail on bond.
A 39-year-old Nederland man had posted on Facebook July 4 that his jaw had been broken and he had to have surgery after the attack.
The victim had said he approached a man about dragging a U.S. flag behind his vehicle and the man punched him.
Orange police used surveillance videos from the store as part of the investigation.
