On April 13 the City of Orange- Code Enforcement Division began an investigation of Illegal Dumping. Over 200 used tires were dumped/discarded in the city’s right-of-way of the 600 block of W. Park Alley, an area inside the Orange Historic District. Please everyone in that area check your cameras. Properly discarding dumped tires is a burden to the tax payer.
