Lamar State College Orange is dedicated to providing quality instruction in Marine Service Technology. Our aim is to set the standard in training for the future growth of the marine industry. This program is designed to teach entry-level technicians all they need to know to begin a career in marine service technology. Each eight-week session features classroom learning as well as hands-on, one-on-one comprehensive training and testing. Class sizes are small, allowing for optimal instructor/student interaction. LSCO is committed to helping combat the marine industry’s number one challenge – finding and developing a qualified service workforce.
