OCESD #3 responded to a trailer fire Wednesday afternoon in the Little Cypress area. A woman inside survived but the trailer did not.
Firefighters arrived to the small trailer engulfed in flames. They had it out in less than thirty minutes. The home was located in a small trailer park at 3225 Lawn Oak which is across from LCM High School.
A woman was home at the time and was able to escape but suffered some burns to her legs and smoke inhalation. Acadian treated her at the scene.
The cause is under investigation.
