Around 3:30pm a West Orange-Cove school bus was involved in an accident near the intersection of 16th Street and Interstate 10. Fortunately no students were injured.
The new bus collided with a Ford Explorer near Lincoln Drive. Those at the scene said the Ford failed to yield the right of way.
While none of the 11 students required medical treatment, all occupants of the Ford walked to Acadian ambulances for treatment or transport.
