The West Orange Police Department has issued a statement saying that Walmart off Edgar Brown Drive will now be limited to 250 people at a time. The store will be using only 250 carts.
Only one person per family or carload will be admitted. The exceptions are for the elderly with a caregive or mothers with children younger than 10.
The change was made when the store opened Sunday morning.
