Lace up your sneakers and come enjoy a dose of nature’s healing at Shangri La Botanical Gardens! Starting March 6, the gardens will open at 7:00 a.m. every Wednesday through October. Admission is free! No reservations are required.
Walk your way to better health, energize your mind with meditation, read a book or watch nature’s art. Strengthen your body with yoga, and spend quality time with family and friends. Be sure to dress comfortably, wear walking shoes and bring water to stay hydrated. Visitors of all ages and fitness levels are invited to take a journey through the gardens for mind, body and soul rejuvenation.
Adult Gentle Yoga in the Garden– This class starts promptly at 10:30 a.m. Check in at 10:00 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.
Join our weekly adult only, outdoor gentle yoga class to move, stretch and awaken mind and body. You’ll learn unique connections within the body to increase muscle elasticity, loosen joints and gain flexibility.
This class takes place outdoors. In the case of inclement weather, indoor accommodations will be available. Don’t forget to bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable shoes.
