Tuesday
The 8th grade boys traveled to Silsbee and won one of two games. The White team won 8-6. Jerris Brown scored a touchdown on a 9 yard run, and Ayden Lapeyrolerie run for the 2 point conversion.
The Red team lost by a score of 35-8. An 8 yard TD pass from Rayburn Hebert to John Van Huis was the only touchdown made. Offensive line standouts were by Luke Campbell. Defensive standouts were Jamel Charles and Lincoln Breaux.
The 7th grade football teams also traveled to Silsbee on Tuesday night. The white team was outscored by Silsbee’s 8th grade team 32-0. Team leader was Tommy Walpole. The red team tied Silsbee 0-0. The defense was led by Jace Ramirez who had a long interception return, Jaylen Charles, Bryce Linder, Ayden Perritt, Bryce Reading, and Landon Patten. The offense was led by Austin Bellanger, Dax Latiolais, Hutch Bearden, Tad Knapp, and Blaze King.
Next week BCMS will host WOS on Thursday 9/26. We will play
a combined 7th/8th grade B game starting at 5:00 followed by 7A and 8A.
