Early voting for the Orange City Council runoff election for single-member District 3 starts Monday at the Orange Public Library.
The runoff is between Terrie T. Salter and Michael Smith for the seat that has been held by Essie Bellfield. Only registered voters who live in the district will cast ballots in the race.
The early voting hours will be 8:30 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. weekdays from Monday through Tuesday, June 13. Extended hours will be from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesdays June 6 and 13.
The runoff election will be Saturday, June 17. Voting that day will be at North Early Learning Center from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
