The Vidor Marching Band will be competing Wednesday in the 4A State Military Marching Contest in Waco. Vidor will perform at 1:30pm. Hardin-Jefferson will also compete against Brownsboro, Bullard, Carthage, Center, Gilmer, Henderson, Lindale, Longview Spring Hill, Pittsburg, Tyler Chapel Hill, and Van.
The bands will march during the day and then those who make the Finals will march again in the evening.
The University Interscholastic League began sponsoring an official State Military Marching Band Championship in 2020.
Also good luck to Buna in 3A and Hemphill and West Sabine in 2A.
