The Celebration of Life for Mr. Velvin J. Tolliver, 62, of Beaumont, Texas will be held during Memorial Services Wednesday, June 25th , 2025, at 11am at Sparrow Funeral Home.
Born October 8th , 1962, he was the youngest of 8 children born to Altha and George Tolliver, Sr.
He was a 1980 graduate of West Orange-Stark High School.
Velvin passed May 15th . He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Greeta Wilson and brothers Howard Allen and Joseph Tolliver.
Cherishing his memory are brothers George Tolliver (Darla) of Orange and Clayborn Tolliver, Sr. of Lubbock, TX, sisters Debbie Winston (Elder Herbert, Sr.) and Pacing Tolliver, both of Orange, and a host of nieces, nephew and other family members, and his favorite cousin, Otriz Ledet of Houston, TX.
