A new Buick Enclave was destroyed and three needed medical attention following an accident early Tuesday morning.
The accident happened around 2am where the westbound Interstate 10 Service Rd. dead ends at Womack Rd. The driver failed to stop, thinking the service road went across the tracks. He struck a concrete barrier and then landed on top of the railroad tracks.
Two occupants were transported to the hospital and another was treated at the scene.
