The Orange Fire Dept. was busy Friday and early Saturday morning with two house fires in less than 24 hours.
The worst was a two story home that was reported around 1:15am Saturday morning at the end of 14th St. near Barkins.
OFD says no one was home at the time and the home is a total loss. The cause is under investigation. ESD3 assisted.
Earlier in the day on Friday, a fire was reported at a home on Western Ave. near the Front St. intersection. OFD found heavy smoke coming from the home. No one was at the home at the time.
