
The regular season came to an end Tuesday with LCM, Orangefield and Deweyville making the playoffs. Vidor will have a play-in game with Dayton to decide fourth place in their district.
The LCM Lady Bears finished third in the district after a straight set win over Silsbee Tuesday at The Grove. LCM won 12-16-24 to finish the regular season 24-16 and 8-4 in district behind Hamshire-Fannett and Hardin-Jefferson.
LCM was lead by Renna Toomey and Ally White in kills, 8 & 7 respectively. Morgan Weaver had 19 assists and Toomey had 17 digs, Weaver 15, Ralley Broussard 16 and Krystal Lester lead LCM in digs with 20. White had 6 blocks. Weaver, White, and Lester added three aces in the sweep.
Orangefield beat Buna in five sets to take second place in their district. The Freshman team took the W in two sets of (25-14), (25-8). That leaves them finishing district with a record of (12-2). The JV fell in two sets. The varsity (24-26), (25-21), (18-25), (25-20), and 17-15). That puts them in outright 2nd place in district and a record of (12-2). Leaders for the varsity were – Kills:Bailee Click 20, Faith Fregia 17. Digs:Faith Fregia 40, Lily Saucedo 41, Mackenzie Davis 30. Assists:Makenzie Davis 30, Tiffany Ciancaglione 26. Aces:Tiffany Ciancaglione 1 and Devany Crain 1. Blocks:Adrian Francis 1, Bailee Click 5. The Lady Bobcats also honored our 5 seniors, Adriana, Bailee, Devany, Mackenzie, and Emmi.
The Lady Bobcats will be playing Diboll at Jasper on Tuesday at 6:30 in the first round of the playoffs

Vidor lost to PNG in three
Deweyville lost to Evadale in three and are tied with Evadale and West Hardin for first. They will have a round robin match to decide seedings.
