Tanner Doiron pitched no hit baseball for four innings and Tod McDowell went 3 for 3 with 2 RBI’s at the plate as the Bridge City Cardinals beat Silsbee 7-2 Tuesday in a game heard on KOGT.
Doiron gave up just one hit in 5 and a third. McDowell came in and finished off the one-hitter and the Tigers (1-2).
BC will travel to Hardin-Jefferson on Thursday.
KJ Miller and Ryan Ragsdale homered and Chad Dallas got the complete game victory as the West Orange-Stark Mustangs traveled to Orangefield and beat the Bobcats 8-4. OF was up 3-1 when the Mustangs began their rally.
