The Orangefield Lady Bobcats kicked off their season with an exciting 51-46 victory over the Silsbee Lady Tigers. The girls battled tough from start to finish, showing grit and teamwork to secure the win. Mikayla Locke led the way with 21 points, 6 steals, and 5 assists. Kendall Sullivan added 8 points, 4 steals, and 4 rebounds, bringing energy and toughness on both ends of the floor. Finally, Brooklyn Wagoner contributed with 5 points and 4 assists.

The JV Lady Bobcats opened their season with an impressive 30-11 victory over the Nederland Lady Bulldogs! The team showed great energy and teamwork on both ends of the floor. Paxton Oldham led the offense with 9 points and 3 rebounds, while Maddie Breaux added a strong performance of 9 points and 7 rebounds in the paint. Kenley Copeland contributed 6 points and 2 steals, helping the Lady Bobcats control the tempo throughout the game.
