The Orangefield Lady Bobcats defeated the Central Lady Dogs 2-1 in game 1 of a 3 games series. Teal Kibodeaux led the way in the circle giving up just 1 hit and 1 walk with 16 strikeouts.
Hallee Becker (below) had the only hits for the Lady Bobcats with a single, a double, 3 stolen bases and a run scored. Alysen Vincent (above) had 2 walks and a run scored. Jocelyn Droddy had an RBI. The Lady Bobcats resume play tomorrow night at 6:00 in game 2 of the bi-district series at Jasper High School.

The LCM Lady Bears were dominate in their 12-2 win over Hudson in Gm. 1 of their series in Jasper. Lexis Moss was 2-2 with a HR and 3RBI’s and Tessa Erickson was 2-3 with a triple and 4RBI’s. Eden Frenzel (below) had a 2 run double. Ella Stephenson got the five inning victory, giving up no earned runs. Gm.2 is Saturday at 4pm.

Deweyville came up short in their Gm. 1 against Milano 14-4.
