SOFTBALL
Orangefield got a walk off hit by freshman Aubree Beck to score freshman Hallee Becker in a 7-6 win over Central Pollok. Gm. 2 is Friday at 7:30 in Jasper.

The LCM Lady Bears scored two and had the bases loaded in the 7th, but it ended there with a 4-2 loss. But LCM showed they could play with the defending state champs from Liberty. Gms. 2 & 3 are Friday in BC starting at 5pm.
BASEBALL
Orangefield gave Coach Time Erickson his 200th win in a 10-0 six inning win over Central. Jason Bodin struck out 12 in the win and he was 2-4 with 2 runs scored. Gm. 2 is Friday in Crosby.

BC lost to Hudson 7-0. Hudsons C. Turner struck out 12 and gave up just three hits in the win. The three BC hits came from Abate, Mulhollan, and Goodwin. Cards threw Esquivel, Frederick, and Norwood. Gm. 2 Friday in Jasper at 7pm.

Vidor lost 3-2 in the 8th inning on a walk off homer by Bullard’s B. Mason. Bushelle pitched a complete game for Vidor. Odom had two hits for the Pirates. Game 2 is Friday in Lufkin.
