Orangefield’s TAFE chapter competed at the recent Area 5 conference.
Brenna Hooks and Lexi Baggett presented a Project Visualize – Service Bulletin Board, covering our community Complex Needs Prom. Brenna Hooks and Paetyn Morphew presented an Interactive Bulletin Board, covering World Geography. Arinn Hebert and Arabella Lopez presented two projects. One was an Interactive Bulletin Board, covering elementary level English. and the other was a Teacher Created Materials Board covering Social Studies.
All four teams did really well and received high praise from the judges. They also helped with preparation at the event center and anywhere else they could. The Area Level personnel spoke very highly of their professionalism and willingness to help. Brenna Hooks, Lexi Baggett, and Paetyn Morphew will be advancing to the state competition in February of 2026.
