The Orange Public Library is offering drive-up service for patrons who can choose books, videos, and other materials online, through the phone, or through email.
The library is limiting check-outs to five items per person or 10 per family. The online reserve site is orangetexaslibrary.com where patrons can peruse the collection and make a reservation.
They can also email orangelibrary@orangetx.org or phone 409-883-1086. Library personnel at the door can also take an in-person request, but filling it may take a few minutes.
Because the Friends of the Orange Public Library has had to cancel the annual used book sale, the library is offering people three free donated books.
The library also has digital materials and an online database. The library’s website has a place for patrons to sign-in to get access to digital books and historical materials.
Library cards are free to people living in the city of Orange.
