Baseball Wraps Regular Season
Softball playoffs begin this weekend as teams will be playing in the two division format for the first time, crowning two state champions in each classification. Once the brackets are completed we will update who the possible second round opponents will be.

Area baseball is down to its final week with the schedules listed below. The big matchup between LCM and BC will decide the district championship with Lumberton off this week. Vidor battles Silsbee for a playoff spot and Deweyville will be doing the same. Orangefield will look to wrap up a district title for first year Coach Jake Nash. And all of this with rain in the forecast each day this week.
