Congratulations to Silsbee’s Dre’lon Miller (offense) and Jayron Williams (defense) for winning the Willie Ray Smith Awards honoring the two best players of last season as voted by members of the media and sponsored by the Beaumont Lions Club.
Orangefield’s Cameron Dischler (sporting the Cowboy hat) who was an offensive finalist along with Davion Wilson (PAM) and Lucas Powell (Lumberton).
The other three defensive finalist were Leighton Foster (Newton), TyAnthony Smith (Jasper), and Gavin DeRanieri (H-F).
