On November 9, 2025, Sherry Frances Linscomb received her welcome into Heaven by Jesus and all her loved ones who went before her. Sherry was born January 10, 1956, to parents Wilbert and Mayva Smith Linscomb in Orange, Texas.
She was a dedicated and devoted christian and a faithful member of Hartburg Baptist Church. Her loving and compassionate personality enabled her to be a caregiver to many, and throughout the years, she formed countless special bonds through her profession.
Sherry is survived by her mother, Mayva Smith Linscomb; sister, Debbie; brother, Roger and wife Beth; nieces, Mallory, and Lara; nephew, Michael; aunt, Gwen Vaught; and uncle Dale Smith.
She is preceded in death by her father, Wilbert Linscomb; brother, Randy Linscomb; and grandparents, Neil and Sarah Linscomb, Avis and Grover Smith.
Family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, November 13, 2025, at Hartburg Baptist Church, 2316 County Road 4181, Orange, Texas 77632. Bro. John Bickman will be officiating. Interment will follow at King Cemetery in Hartburg.
