The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension of Orange County is holding a sausage-making class. This is a hands-on workshop where participants will learn the basics of sausage making from start to finish. The class will cover food safety, meat processing techniques, seasoning, stuffing sausage and proper cooking methods. Participants will enjoy samples and gain hands-on experience making their own sausage while learning research-based information. The class will be held on December 12th from 10 am to 2 pm at the Extension office at 11475 FM 1442, Orange, TX. The class is for adults (18+) only and costs $50 per person.
