Bridge City and Orangefield both came home with second place trophies from their respective brackets Saturday at the PNG Tournament.
BC won a tough three set (25-23, 24-26, 15-13) semifinal against LCM to reach the finals where they lost to West Fork in three sets. Seniors Kaylee Britten and Anna Kelly were named to the All-Tournament Team.
The match against LCM was a great district preview. If you’re a fan you’ll want to be there Sept. 16 at LCM and Oct. 24 at BC.
