The Orangefield Lady Bobcats finished the weekend 6-0 and champions of the Cleveland Rotary Tournament with wins today over Cleveland 10-3, and West Fork 15-0.

Abigail Stephenson got the win on the mound giving up 1 earned run on 4 hits with no walks and 2 strikeouts. Karlie Traxler led the offense with 2 doubles, a single, 3 RBIs and a run scored. Aubree Gamblin also had 3 hits including a homerun, and 2 singles with 2 RBIs and 2 runs scored. Laila Agerton had 2 singles with an RBI and 2 runs scored. Hallee Becker had a walk, 2 singles and an RBI. Jocelyn Droddy had a 2 RBI double and a run scored. Teal Kibodeaux had a 2 RBI double and a run scored. Madi LaSalle and Charlee Sanches both had runs scored.

Teal Kibodeaux was outstanding on the mound, throwing a 5 inning no-hitter with 13 strikeouts and no free passes. The Lady Bobcats tallied 14 hits in the championship game. Aubree Gamblin led the offense going 4 for 4 with 3 doubles, 4 RBIs and 2 runs scored. Laila Agerton had a double, 2 singles and 4 RBIs. Hallee Becker went 3 for 3 with 3 runs scored. Charlee Sanches had a big homerun, 2 RBIs and 2 runs scored. Brennah Lee had a pinch hit 2 run homerun. Madi LaSalle had a single and a run scored. Hannah Bisson had a walk and a run scored. Teal Kibodeaux had a walk and 2 runs scored. Paisley Reeves had a walk and a run scored.
The Lady Bobcats improve to 19-1 on the season and will travel to Kirbyville this Tuesday to continue district play.

The LCM Lady Bears dominated the Jasper Tournament, going 6-0 including two wins on Saturday.
LCM 19 Evadale 2 – Tessa Erickson and freshman Brylie Jones hit HR’s.
LCM 8 Buna 4 – Erickson collected 5RBI’s and struck out 7 to get the win.

BC 12 H-Jefferson 5 – Cards score 8 in second. C. LaComb came in to close the door.

LCM 2 Orangefield 0 – Parker Freeman held the Bobcats to just four hits while striking out 7. Dreyden Cook provided the offense, driving in both runs. It was career win 100 for Coach Hagler.

BC 22 Gateway Prep 9 – Cards went extra base crazy with 6 doubles and 2 triples.
Cardinals go 5-1 in the Cameron Tournament and are now 10-2 on the season.
