Truman Franklin is greeted at home plate after hitting one of two home runs Saturday. LCM beat Deweyville 15-0 and Warren 10-1.

Orangefield and Big Sandy finish tournament game in a 2-2 tie. Bobcats collected seven hits. Brett Fregia and Mason Gonzales both managed multiple hits for Bobcats. Big Sandy totaled six hits in the game. Bobcats move to 2-1-1 on the season and will travel to Tarkington on Tuesday.

Jasper Tournament
West Brook 13 WOS 1 – Kaleb Ramsey took the loss. Offensively for WOS, Chad Dallas, Blake Robinson and Da’quarious Gibson accounted for their hits.
Bridge City 6 Porter 5 – Cardinals scored 4 in the first and held on for the win. Caleb Dubois and Logan Hamm went yard for BC, now 3-2 on the season. Porter scored all 5 runs in the fourth off of pitchers Sam Carpenter and Luc Hollier.

Orangefield 15 Vidor 1 – Codie Sorge got the win on the mound giving up an earned run on 2 hits with 2 strikeouts. Ryden Stanfield went 2 for 2 with a walk, 3 runs scored and an RBI. Karlye Bramblett went 2 for 2 with a walk, 3 runs scored and 3 RBI’s. Emma Humplik went 1 for 3 with an RBI and a run scored. Kaylee Ancelot went 2 for 2 with a double and a grand slam for a total of 5 RBI’s. Tiffany Ciancaglione went 2 for 3 with a double and 2 RBI’s. Autumn Frost went 1 for 3 with a double, an RBI and a run scored. Kinley Gipson went 1 for 3 with a double and an RBI. Alyssa Dodd went 2 for 2 with 2 runs scored. Olivia Grant went 1 for 1 with a triple. Kristin Broussard went 1 for 1 with a walk and 2 runs scored.

Heather Mineer went 1 for 1 with an RBI and a run scored. Kinley Gipson went 2 for 3 with 2 RBI’s and 2 runs scored. Kristin Broussard went 2 for 2 with a double, a walk and 2 runs scored.
The Lady Bobcats went 6-0 at the Jasper Tournament and improve their record to 10-1-1 and return to play next Thursday in the Huffman/Tarkington/Liberty tournament.

BC beat host Crosby 7-0. Wilbur was WP and also went 3-3, one double, 3 runs scored; Harrison 2-2 with two doubles; Gerrald 2-2 with two runs scored.
BC defeated Tomball 9-3. WP- Wilbur 2-3, Grand Slam, 4 RBIs; Anderson 2-2 with a run scored; Harrison 2-2, two run HR, 2 RBIs; Denison 2-3 with a run scored; Reed 2-3; McClanahan 1-3 with 1 RBI.
BC JV also had a great weekend in LCM with 3 wins against HJ, Vidor, and Kirbyville.
