Sandra Kay Platt Snow, born on December 31, 1964, passed away in the early morning hours of January 31, 2025, at the age of 60. She was a deeply cherished presence in the lives of those who knew her and will be missed beyond what words can express.
Sandra spent the majority of her growing years in Bridge City, Texas. From an early age she had a remarkable artistic talent, finding joy in drawing, painting, crafting, and quilting. Her creativity was matched by her kindness and strength, qualities she instilled in her children and that continue to live on through her beloved grandchildren. She shared a deep and loving bond with her husband, Richard Snow, who treasures the time they had together.
She was preceded in death by her son Beaux Lawrence and her parents, William M. Platt and Helga H. Platt. Sandra leaves behind a loving family who will carry forward her legacy: her husband Richard; her children Jake Lawrence (Shannon) and their daughter Elayna, as well as their expected twin sons Beaux and Colt; CJ Watkins (Kayla) and their children Elias, Noah, and Emma; Brandy Watkins Corona (Jonathan) and their children Ariyah, Lilliana, and Izaiah; and Trevor Watkins. She is also survived by her sister Reba Platt and all of Reba’s children, grandchildren, and great-grandchild. Sandra’s love extended to many wonderful cousins, former in-laws who remained dear to her heart, two cherished ‘fur kids,’ and countless and loved friends.
Her suffering ended, she is free. May the memories she created bring comfort to all who knew and loved her.
