Ruby Iva Lue Weaver Freeman, 82, of Little Cypress, died Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at her home.
Mrs. Freeman was born January 24th, 1943, in Longview, Texas, to Hubert and Ruby Lee (Davis) Weaver. Ruby devoted her life to being a Wife, Mother, and Mawmaw.
She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Stacy Lynn Freeman, granddaughter Charity Freeman, brothers JL and Hubert Weaver, and sister, Clara Mae Gill.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Deborah Freeman, Leatha Gomez, Michael Freeman and wife Susan, Jonathan Freeman, Jennifer Arevalo and husband Adrian, William Freeman and wife Christina, Alvin Freeman II, and Taylor Freeman and his wife Monica, 18 grandchildren, and 22 great grandchildren. Ruby is also survived by her sisters, Mary Jean Garrett and husband Brady, and Barbara Ann Baker.
