Richard Alan Isenhower, 72, of Vidor, Texas, passed away peacefully at his residence on Tuesday, January 14th, 2025. A longtime resident of Vidor, Richard was a dedicated member of Turning Point Church, where he found fellowship and purpose.
Richard worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator for Goodyear Tire and Rubber and was a proud member of IUOE Local Union #450, earning the respect and admiration of his coworkers and friends. Beyond his work, Richard found joy in the great outdoors, spending countless hours hunting and fishing, hobbies that brought him tranquility and cherished memories with loved ones.
He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Patsy Isenhower; his sons, Lucas Isenhower and wife Leanna, Travis Isenhower and wife Taylor, and Nathan Isenhower all of Vidor, TX; and his sister Cheryl Myers and husband LeeRoy of Sour Lake, TX. Richard was also a proud grandfather to seven adoring grandchildren, who were his pride and joy.
Richard’s life will be celebrated by all who knew him as a hardworking, devoted, and kind-hearted man who loved his family deeply and cherished the simple pleasures of life.
