On Sept. 13 the Orange Regional Tactical Response Team executed a search warrant at 205 Schley. The warrant was obtained by the City of Orange Narcotic Division due to an investigation which revealed Lawrence Douquette Hardin selling narcotics from his residence. During the execution of the warrant, Hardin assaulted two Tactical Team members, however, was able to be placed into custody.
Investigators located over 336 grams of cocaine, over 350 grams of fentanyl, promethazine, and firearms. Hardin was transported to the Orange County Jail and booked in on numerous charges. The City of Orange Narcotic Division was assisted by the Drug Enforcement Agency, West Orange Police Department, Bridge City Police Department and Orange County Constable Precinct 2.
