REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – VISD OAK FOREST ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
G&G Enterprises (G&G) is pleased to serve as the Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMAR)for the VIDORI.S.D 2024 Bond Projects.
G&G invites you to submit your Lump-Sum Turnkey Proposal (LSTP) for your trade, including all safety, supervision, labor, supplies, tools, rigging, lifting, hoisting, scaffolding, equipment, temporary storage, traffic control, daily clean-up, insurance, required statutory taxes, fees, permits and other necessary items required to satisfactorily complete the work for the Oak Forest Elementary School Additions & Renovations.
Please deliver your proposal in person to G&G’s office at 3260 Eastex Fwy, Beaumont, Texas 77703, or by email to estimating@gandgenterprises.com on or before 2:00 PM, Monday, March 17, 2025.
All proposals shall strictly comply with the 100% Construction Documents prepared by Architects Inc. and its consultants. G&G welcomes any cost-saving suggestions, which may be submitted as voluntary alternates to the Construction Documents.
All proposals must be received by G&G Enterprises on or before 2:00 PM, Monday, March 17, 2025.
Proposals submitted after this designated deadline will not be accepted or considered.
All proposal submissions shall be complete and shall include the following supporting documentation:
- Proposal Form
- Collusion Affidavit
- School Policies, Rules, Waivers, and Indemnification Form
- TRIR reports for 2022, 2023, and 2024
- EMR Letter from the Insurance Agent
- Sample Certificate of Insurance (COI) demonstrating current coverages and limits
- Required Modifications to the Subcontract Agreement
- Cost-Saving/Value-Engineering Suggestions
- Identification of long-lead procurement items that exceed ten (10) weeks from approved submittals.
Construction Documents will be available on March 03, 2025, at the following locations:

Construction Documents will also be available in digital format on March 03, 2025, through cProject, Planhub, and Virtual Builder’s Exchange or by requesting a Dropbox link from G&G Enterprises. Proposers may purchase physical copies of construction documents at their own expense from Triangle Blueprint in Beaumont, TX, or any other printing company it provides the digital filesto.
