
Regan Michele Taylor, 42 of Bridge City, Texas, was called home on March 22, 2026.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 28, 2026, at St. Paul’s Methodist Church in Bridge City. Officiating will be Reverend Mark Bunch. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Orange.
Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday, March 27, 2026, at Claybar Funeral Home in Bridge City.
Regan graduated from Bellville High School in 2002. She went on to attend Texas State University, earning a degree in Education in 2008. She began her career as a Kindergarten teacher in Orange, TX, where her patience, warmth, and gentle spirit left a lasting impact on countless children. Her care extended far beyond the classroom, as she could often be found cheering them on at their games and school events, always showing up with unwavering support and love.
In her free time, she loved watching her favorite movies and shows such as Friends & One Tree Hill, spending time with her beloved fur babies, and making memories with family and friends- which she was always sure to capture in pictures. You could also catch her waiting tables at Spanky’s during crawfish season.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Diane and John Lindquist, Sonny and Kathleen Slovak; aunt, Valerie Babin; father-in-law, Mickey Taylor; and her precious pups, Izzy and Charlotte.
She is survived by her loving husband, Joshua Taylor; son, Isaac Taylor; and fur babies, Phoebe, Zoey, and Axe; her parents, Dana and Tye Fox; parents, David and Kim Lindquist; mother-in-law, Sheryl Taylor; grandparents Gene & Carol Wietstruck; sister, Maci Alanis and husband Lee; sister, Taryn Castaneda and husband Jose; sister, Caitlan Slovak; sister-in-law, Joy Taylor; brothers, Luke Brooks, Logan Fox, Jordan Slovak, Logan Slovak; nephews, Liam and Maverick Alanis; best friend, Melany Monson; and numerous other family and friends.
Pallbearers include Isaac Taylor, Arlie Kendrick, Kullen Kendrick, Kade Kendrick, Luke Brooks, and Chris Harvey.
Honorary pallbearers include David Lindquist and Tye Fox.
