
The American Red Cross is opening mobile resource centers for victims of the Sabine River floods to get information and help from several agencies.
Visitors will be able to meet case workers to help find resources to help in recovery. Food, water and cleaning supplies will be available.
Residents seeking help should bring a driver’s license, utility bill or other document showing they live in a flood-affected home.
The centers will be at these locations:
Orange
Former West Orange-Cove CISD administration building, 505 N. 15th Street in Orange, next to Wells Fargo Bank.
Hours: 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. daily, except Sunday, beginning Tuesday.
Newton
First Baptist Church, 319 Main Street in Newton.
Hours: 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. daily, except Sunday, beginning Tuesday. Will also be open Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Burkeville
Burkeville Cade Building, 142 State Highway 63
Hours: 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday only.
Kirbyville
Trout Creek Baptist Church, 1509 FM 1004
Hours: 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday
Bon Weir
United Pentecostal Church, 133 FM 1416
Hours: 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday and Monday (not open Sunday)
