Good weekend for most of our playoff teams. Orangefield and LCM’s baseball and softball teams and Bridge City’s baseball team is still in the postseason as we get into the third round for the ladies and the second round for the boys.
As of Sunday night, here’s what we have for this week:
The Orangefield Lady Bobcats will take on the Grandview Lady Zebras in a three-game series in the regional semi-finals of the 3A Division 1 UIL State Playoffs. All games will be at Sam Houston State.
Game 1: Friday, May 9th at 6:30p, Orangefield is the home team
Game 2: Saturday, May 10th at 12:00p. Grandview is the home team
Game 3 to follow if necessary. Tickets will be $7 for general admission and will be available through SHSU digital ticketing.
