Good luck to the Deweyville Pirates who will be participating in the Division III 7on7 State Tournament in College Station this weekend. Team members include Dillon Fears, Nate Buxton, Kaiden Stoma, Keevin Gordon, Skyler Beane, Gavin Buxton, Ty Collier, Chase Williams, Lance Wilhelm, Nathan Henson, and Justin Brister. Coaches are Claude Wilhelm and Bob Buxton.
The Pirates will begin in Pool O against teams from Brady, Hearne, and Palmer.
West Brook and Silsbee will also represent southeast Texas in the tournament.
