Grace Sell, of Clive Iowa, and former longtime resident of Orange, Texas passed away on August 17, 2024, with her sons, Scott Sell and Jeff Sell by her side. Grace and her husband of 67 years, James Sell, moved to Iowa following Hurricane Harvey. James made his journey to Heaven on April 29, 2019. Kinney Receives 40 Years
Monday Russell Kinney reached a plea bargain agreement with the Orange County District Attorney's office for the 2023 murder of Jenny Baxter. He will receive 40 years in prison. Kinney was 38 when he was arrested for the murder of Jenny Baxter, who was found under her bed wrapped in plastic, sheets, and a shower curtain at her home in Vidor on March 14, 2023.
