On Saturday at 2:49 PM, Officers of the Orange Police Department were dispatched to 1801 Dupont Dr. (Stop n’ Drive #22) in reference to an aggravated robbery. Upon their arrival at 2:53 PM, Officers were advised that three males entered the store and demanded money from the register, one pointing a shotgun at the clerk. The suspects fled the store on foot with an undetermined amount of money. Officers searched the surrounding area but were unable to locate the suspects. 17 YO Injured In ATV Accident
At approximately 6:00pm Saturday, there was a motor vehicle crash on Dixie Road that involved an All Terrain Vehicle (ATV). The crash occurred on Dixie Road near FM 2802 in Orange County. A 2007 Chevrolet pickup truck was traveling northbound on Dixie Road. The driver of an ATV failed to yield the right of way from a private driveway and pulled out in front of the Chevrolet.
