This is the video from the armed robbery Jan. 19 at the Shell Store on 16th in Orange. If you can identify the people in the video call the Orange Police Department at 883-1026. Another robbery happened Thursday morning. The Shell convenience store at 3118 Edgar Brown Drive was robbed by one person with a pistol early Thursday morning. Students at Bridge City Intermediate School and Bridge City Middle School participated in an interactive cyber safety presentation on Wednesday, January 20. Mark Sequin, TBG Solutions, used straight talk mixed with humor to encourage students to think about the importance of keeping safe and protecting their privacy. Large Object Pulled Out Of River
An obstruction that has been snagging boats and possibly damaging boat propellers was removed from the Sabine River canal in Orange Thursday. Stan Floyd with American Airboats used his biggest model airboat, to tow the 99-foot long obstruction to his business near Interstate 10 on the east side of Orange. Gilbeaux’s Towing used its biggest wrecker to drag the triangle shaped wooden structure out of the water.
