The traffic detour for the Rainbow Bridge between Bridge City and Port Arthur will begin Saturday, March 5, weather permitting. UPDATE: The Orange County Courthouse will be closed on Friday and 260th State District Judge Buddie Hahn now said he will make his decision by Monday for requested temporary injunction against the city of Orange. Judge Hahn conducted a hearing on the injunction Wednesday and told the two sides he would make a decision by Friday. Orange should stop focusing on tourism and concentrate on industry, according to some of the board members of the City of Orange Economic Development Corporation board of directors.
