Vicki Lynn Cole of Orange Texas passed away in her home surrounded by family on October 1, 2024. Born in Welsh, Louisiana, on December 20, 1949, she was the daughter of Joseph (Jake) and Mary Berlinger. She was a devoted member of St Mary's Catholic Church in Orange Texas. She helped the church by making veils for the young girls 1st Communion, made handmade Rosaries and scapulars, and also taught CCD at St. Mary's School. Home Burglary In Roselawn
The City of Orange Police Department is currently investigating a burglary that occurred on Monday, October 7th, at 10:41 AM in the Roselawn Area near Circle P. Officers were dispatched to the residence where the burglary occurred and met with the homeowner. He told them he was notified of movement outside his residence by his surveillance cameras. When he opened the video, he could see several suspects wearing face coverings run toward his back yard. He reviewed a second video that showed them leaving with items from inside his residence.
