Friday was the annual Orange Means Safety Day at the Texas Travel Information Center on Interstate 10. Glenn Weathington with the Travel Information Center said the purpose of the safety day celebration sponsored by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is to promote safety for everyone this summer and the program is all about safety in Texas.
