A man from Orange was injured Sunday afternoon during a multiple vehicle crash in Jasper County. Sergeant Stephanie Davis with the Department of Public Safety reported the crash occurred Sunday afternoon at about 4:30 approximately one mile outside of the Jasper city limits on Highway 63. A Lincoln passenger vehicle traveling eastbound crossed the center dividing line for unknown reason and struck a Pontiac passenger vehicle head-on. A commercial truck driver has pleaded guilty to four counts of manslaughter in connection with an Interstate 10 pile-up in Vidor that killed four people in 2014. Roy Ellis Holcomb Jr. made the plea Friday before 260th District Judge Buddie Hahn. The judge set the sentencing date for September 29.
