Accident at 87 and Clark
A toddler and a senior citizen were injured Thursday in a collision on 16th Street at Clark Lane. The impact of the crash sent both vehicles into ditches. The 2-year-old was in a Plymouth Grand Voyager and Orange police report he had minor injuries. The 73-year-old woman was a passenger in a Toyota Prius and her injuries were listed as non-incapacitating. Both were taken by Acadian ambulances to Baptist Hospital Orange Emergency Room. Fender Bender On MacArthur Wednesday
No serious injuries were reported in a collision on MacArthur Drive about noon Wednesday. Orange Police Lieutenant Eric Ellison said a woman slowed down to allow a pedestrian to go through at a marked crossing. A pickup truck driving behind her did not slow down and crashed into the back of the car. The driver of the pickup went to the local hospital to be checked.
